Elder Johnny Wilhoite, Elder Robert Arthur, Elder R.G. Clark, Elder John Bullock, and for the last 39 years, Elder and Sis. E.W. Wheeler, have all been instrumental in laying a firm Apostolic foundation for us to build upon.
